Over more than two decades, Sukhi has helped companies connect communications and marketing to the way the business actually works. On the transformation team behind the Sprint Nextel merger, she helped bring two corporate cultures together into a single operating company. At Capital One, she helped support the company’s evolution from a credit card lender into an experiential technology company that happens to be a bank. As a Fractional Corporate Affairs Advisor to founder-led organizations, Sukhi helps leadership teams modernize communications, put AI to work in daily operations, and measure what it delivers. She teaches as an adjunct professor at Georgetown and Rutgers and is building the graduate curriculum in applied AI for communications at the University of Delaware. The Honorable Dawn D. Stump

Dawn D. Stump is the principal of Stump Strategic, an advisory firm specializing in business development for highly regulated industries. She previously served as a Commissioner of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Serving during the event of a global pandemic, Dawn prioritized sector resilience, sustained market access, and robust surveillance strategies necessary during extreme market volatility and changing economic environments. At the CFTC, Dawn also played a leadership role in international regulatory policy coordination.
Dawn shares her professional expertise on the board of directors of ICE Futures U.S., where she chairs the Regulatory Oversight Committee. John Lipsey

Earlier, he spent nearly two decades at Synopsys, where he created an Aerospace & Government vertical, supported CHIPS and Science Act government-relations work, and led teams that closed $200 million in OTA contracts. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard College, completed executive programs at Harvard Kennedy School, and holds a TS/SCI clearance eligible for reinstatement.
Josh Olazabal

She currently advises early‑stage technology companies and is an active private equity investor, bringing practical operating experience and strategic insight to founders, boards, and investment partners. Sheryl holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Retailing from the University of Wisconsin.
